Our open book policy provides full transparency in relation to costing and gives extra peace of mind for investors and clients. All of our services are fully flexible as we understand some companies do not want to see engineers or builders on site during normal working hours so we provide overnight works at a cost that will be within budget.

A strong differentiator and added value for our customers is the significant experience Kontract management has gained over the past 15 years. The Directors and Management team have all been part of the Construction and Design & Build industry over seeing projects up to the value of £2m and over the past 6 years been heavily involved in the FM and Maintenance side of things which include works in a high profile London Data Centre, Central London offices and the Education sector.
We have a highly experienced team with dedicated trades who take absolute pride in their work. All Kontract staff and Sub Contractors are fully vetted and trained to high standards in their field.
All of our team are fully briefed on the importance of each project, so whether it be a 3 storey office refurbishment or the decoration of a 1 bedroom residential apartment, both will get the same high quality finish and attention to detail.
Keeping our team relatively small and only using a handfull of reputable Sub Contractors we can keep a close eye on operations and ensure our clients are not only getting the best value for money but getting a personalised service with a friendly face.

We really are pretty OCD about keeping things and people safe.
At Kontract every employee and Sub – contractor completes relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements highlighting every risk involved in a project and also how the project will be completed safely. We also encourage our team on site to complete Near Miss Report forms which highlight any risks within a site that may not have been picked up as part of the initial project assessment, these forms go a long way in preventing future accidents and help our company and our clients build a safer future together.
