Maintenance | Snagging | Aftercare

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

Throughout the lifespan of any PPM program, we strives to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption to our clients operations. Our engineers work closely with customers to draw up detailed schedules and notify them of any visits well in advance, this is a critical part of our operations especially for our Education Sector.


Kontract is fully flexible and prepared to respond to requests for additional & emergency works outside of the standard PPM schedule. Reactive maintenance requests are received through our dedicated helpdesk system,  where we provide a one point contact for our clients.


Here at Kontract, we understand that a customer's primary focus is their business and that keeping facilities up to date with continually changing legislative regulations can be distracting.

That’s why we incorporate statutory inspections (SI) directly into our PPM programs, providing customers with peace of mind that their buildings are fully compliant. We offer comprehensive statutory compliance reviews, which feature enhanced condition reporting giving our clients recommendations for follow-up or remedial work.

Snagging & Defect Reports

Working and adhering to NHBC guidelines and standards our highly motivated, London based, snagging company is committed to improving the standard and finish of your new home or investment property.

Our new build Snagging & Defects team with their vast experience, within the construction industry, provide a book of knowledge that enables us to professionally identify and record snagging issues that are often missed or overlooked by Developers & Building Contractors.

We can complete a Survey on any new developed property & we can also complete Condition Reports for older existing buildings.

High Quality Finish | Standard

Any new build snagging survey is best conducted before the property is completed however most warranties cover property snagging defects for up to two years.

An independent property snagging survey carried out correctly will help insure that any new build snagging issues are rectified quickly,  therefore a professional property snagging inspection could save you a lot of you time and money spent pursuing the developer.

When delivering a project you need the reassurance that someone is on hand should anything go wrong. We’re committed to providing the best aftercare and maintenance services to meet your project needs, so you can be rest assured that we will take care of everything.

Our Aftercare team are trained and hold all of the required accreditations to undertake the maintenance, repairs and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems installed by any Developer or Building Contractor. We also offer comprehensive O&M Manuals for both domestic and commercial installations.
